Unfortunately, we have had to pause our worldwide orders and dispatches. Please be assured this is a temporary measure and we are working hard to be back online for our international customers as soon as we can.

Free on ALL orders over £100 or £4.99 otherwise.
Of course you can, as long as the code was valid at the time of ordering, all you need to do is wait until you receive the parcel, then email us with the code and your order number. We’ll then refund the amount back to you.
Unfortunately, our website does not currently allow you to change or cancel anything yourself. We are also unable to edit an order once it has been placed.
If you need help with this, please email us but we may have to ask you to wait for the order to be delivered for it then to be returned to us.
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The delivery time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe/UK: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
Our fulfilment times [for all products/t-shirts/phone cases/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
We work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide!
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the delivery address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
- Machine wash inside out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours.
- Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
- Do not dry clean!
